Sara Fisher, Principal Consultant
Sara is a strategic management professional with more than 20 years of experience leading organizational transformation, operational improvement, and workforce strategy across global organizations, including work with Big Four firms.
She holds a Post Graduate Degree in Business Administration (PGDBA)—a Master’s equivalent qualification—and advanced Systems Thinking certifications from MIT, equipping her with a systems-level perspective on complex organizational challenges. Sara also serves on the Harvard Business Review Advisory Council, where she contributes insights on leadership, management practices, and the future of work.
